These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of syvimir.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Yiwu Gonglian Apparel Co., Ltd. (“SYVIMIR”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Zhejiang, China.

By browsing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

  • “Customer”, “you” means the person placing an order.
  • “Products” means the apparel and accessories offered for sale on the Site.
  • “Order” means a request to purchase Products submitted through the checkout.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our Products accurately, including fabric composition, weight, fit, and colour. Please note:

  • Colour accuracy: Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, and lighting. Minor variation between the photograph and the delivered item is not a defect.
  • Measurements: All garment measurements are taken flat and may vary by approximately 1–2 cm (0.4–0.8 in) due to the manufacturing process. Please refer to the Size Guide before ordering.
  • Product updates: We may improve or modify fabrics, trims, or construction without notice. Such changes do not affect your statutory rights.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient (see our Shipping Policy).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect Orders that have already been confirmed. Prices shown with a crossed-out “regular price” reflect a genuine previous or recommended selling price; the current price is the one displayed at checkout.

In the event of an obvious pricing error (for example, a price that is clearly incorrect given the nature of the Product), we may cancel the Order and issue a full refund rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price. We will contact you before doing so.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a concluded contract.
  2. You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This is not acceptance.
  3. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation email, or when the Products are delivered, whichever occurs first.
  4. We may decline or cancel an order where: the Product is out of stock; we cannot ship to your address; payment cannot be authorised; we suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method; or there has been a pricing or description error. If we cancel, we will refund any amount already paid in full.

5. Payment

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

All payments are subject to fraud screening. We may request additional verification (such as a billing address confirmation) before dispatching an order. If verification is not provided within 7 days, we may cancel and refund the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times, shipping costs, and customs information are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our return and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

  • Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and cannot be applied to shipping charges unless stated.
  • Codes are valid for the period stated and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Codes have no cash value and cannot be resold or transferred.
  • Where a code is used in breach of its conditions, we may cancel the order or charge the discounted amount.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, product photography, graphics, logos, page layouts, and the SYVIMIR name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Yiwu Gonglian Apparel Co., Ltd. and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

SYVIMIR® is a trademark applied for in the People’s Republic of China (Application Nos. 93790986 and 93790987, Class 25). “SYVIMIR” and the SYVIMIR word mark are used as trademarks of Yiwu Gonglian Apparel Co., Ltd.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site;
  • Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss;
  • Loss of profit, revenue, business, or goodwill;
  • Loss arising from delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any Order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, port closures, customs action, or carrier failure.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as payment providers and carriers). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

14. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that Order. The current version is always published on this page with its “Last updated” date.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, China shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, you may also bring proceedings there, and nothing in this clause affects your mandatory statutory rights.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
